Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?
Our hotel is equipped with a wireless internet connection in all the rooms and in the common areas to allow you to fully enjoy your stay by checking your emails, watching videos, series etc.
Does the hotel have a parking?
We do not have a parking lot but we recommend the public parking lot of the « Castorama » store, which is very secure and only 5 minutes from our hotel. Address : 11 Bld de Grenelle 75015 Paris.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Our reception is open 24/7 to best serve your needs.
Does the hotel have a concierge service ?
Our team will be happy to inform you about your stay in Paris by answering your questions and advising you on the best addresses, restaurants, museums etc.
Does the hotel have a luggage storage service?
We propose you to leave your luggage safely at the reception on the day of your arrival as well as the day of your departure.
Does the hotel have a laundry service ?
We have a laundry and ironing service available throughout your stay for an additional fee.
What is the arrival and departure time?
Our rooms are available from 2:00 pm and check-out time is at noon.
Is it possible to have an earlier arrival and/or a later departure ?
Subject to availability, we will give you your room keys upon arrival at the hotel. We invite you to inform us of your arrival time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. It is also possible to leave later with an extra charge of 35€.
What languages are spoken at the reception ?
Our receptionists speak French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Our hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cash (except €500 bills), and checks.

What is on the breakfast menu ?
Our sweet and savory breakfast is composed of various assortments to please everyone. In the form of a buffet, we offer different kinds of fresh breads as well as pastries (croissants, chocolate breads), cereals (muesli, corn flakes), dried fruits (prunes, apricots), fruit salad, apple sauce and pancakes. But also a large choice of sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts. We offer coffee, tea and apple or orange juice.
Is it possible to have breakfast in my room ?
For more comfort, we can bring you breakfast in your room upon reservation and in continental version.
Does the hotel have a bar ?
We have an honesty bar at your disposal at the reception so that you can taste the wines of our country or other drinks throughout your stay.

Our hotel does not have a restaurant, but we will be happy to point you to many delicious restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel Eiffel Capitol.

We do not have a gym but the NeoNess gym is located a few minutes away from the hotel.
